I have a degree in Recreation Therapy and spent several years working as a RecT. I'm a certified Forest Therapy Guide and a Reiki Master. I run Meta ad campaigns for brands and events. I design merch for artists. I sew slow-fashion pieces under my brand, The Velvet Needle. I co-manage my husband, Brayden King's, music career.

On paper, none of that goes together. In practice, it all makes perfect sense.

Everything I do comes back to the same thing: helping people feel something, experience something, or connect with something that matters. Whether that's guiding someone through the forest, building a campaign that actually converts, or sewing a piece of clothing by hand, it's all intentional. It's all care.
